  • Wawa Food Markets, a long term client has been awarded the Food Logistics Innovator award due to its far reaching leadership in cold chain management.  Sterling played and continues to play a major role in developing Wawa's cold chain capabilities.  Look in the June edition of Food Logistics Magazine for the feature article.
  • Sterling Solutions are in the final stages with a leading college in providing cold chain training, education and auditing worldwide.
April 2009 - Sterling has been awarded an optimization project with a global confectionery manufacturer improving its NA distribution operations.
March 2009 - Sterling Solutions has recently applied for a trademark for The Cold Chain Institute in providing research, development and consultation for the perishable logistics and life sciences markets.
February 2009 - Sterling Solutions has completed the process of becoming a registered Government Contractor.   
March 2008 - May 2009 - Sterling Solutions co-chairs the SQF Food Logistics Technical Advisory Committee.  Through the food logistics committee and its members, Sterling is structuring guidance for safe quality food practices in the logistics industry.  This is done in response to advances in science and technology, the needs of the food industry and to changes in the food regulations.
